It's felt like home since we first huddled around a fire together to stay alive.
• Intuitive drumming into the trance of the groove, and letting the downloads in.
• Traditional rhythms, chants, and Kirtan, understanding the spiritual intentions they manifest.
• Large open circle to release our bodies to flow, or relax into asanas.
• Engaged Sound Healing.
• Reiki-sharing gratefully invited.

Trauma-informed and neurodivergent-driven
No drumming or instrumental experience is needed.
Bring your own drum or use one of ours.
