A powerful afternoon of rhythm and community, welcoming the Autumn equinox. Carri will guide us in shamanic healing drumming, weaving together grounding beats with a mediation connecting us to the heartbeat of the earth-rooting us deeper into the medicine of sound. Together our drumming creates a sacred container where healing, connection and transformation unfold.
