Humans have been gathering together to experience the beat of the drum for as long as 7,000 years. There is something primordial, powerful, and quintessential about experiencing simple drumming together with one's community.

***Due to our intimate space, we please request only framed or hand drums used.

Ryan started attending drum circles weekly in 2024 to cope with depression and chronic neck and back pain. His goal as a facilitator is to provide open ended polyrhythms that allow others to authentically express themselves through sound. The CT drumming community has provided him with pain relief, relaxation, self-expression, and beautiful rhythms that he wishes to share with others.
