Join us to blow off some steam and let your inner child out to play! This is a family friendly event and all are welcome. We drum, dance and play to celebrate, heal, release and create community connections. Bring your drums, instruments, flow toys, dancing scarves and let your inner child be free! Spread the word Dayton and let's raise the healing vibes in our beautiful city! ❤️ Beginners and first timers are welcome.
Drumming is a powerful mind–body practice that regulates the nervous system by synchronizing breath, rhythm, and movement. The repetitive beat helps calm stress responses, reduce anxiety, improve mood, and release physical tension, while also boosting immune function and supporting overall mental and physical well-being.
This group is not about skill but about having fun and intuitively connecting to the flow. if you don't have any instruments we have some to share. And remember you can get creative with your instruments- a box of macaroni makes a mighty fine shaker! This is a free event, love offerings appreciated.
