📍 Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center - 4340 Tamarack Blvd, Columbus, 43229.
Join us for a fun and impactful morning as we combine Community Dog Walking with our Pick It Up with Pup community clean-up event!
Not only will you help walk and spend quality time with our shelter dogs, but you’ll also help keep our community clean while doing it.
All supplies including community trash cleanup supplies will be provided.
🧡 Pre-registration is suggested if you plan to help clean up trash to ensure enough supplies are available on-site for everyone!

Event Details:
Community Dog Walking begins at 9:00am
Community litter pick up (with a pup!) begins at 10:00am
🐾 No experience? No problem!
Shelter staff will be with you every step of the way.
(**Please leave personal leashes and collars at home, we provide all supplies needed.**)
🐾 VOLUNTEER DOG WALKERS:
Upon arrival, please head around back to the large fully fenced in walking yard, located in the rear of the building, enter through the gate and check in at the registration table.
(The walking yard will be on your right as you enter our driveway and is fully fenced with black wrought iron fencing. You won't be able to miss us!)

**THIS IS AN OUTDOOR - WEATHER DEPENDENT EVENT.
In the event of inclement weather, updates will be posted on this page with as much advance notice as possible.**
🐾 Wear comfy, sturdy walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
🐾 Bring your camera and tag us on socials using #FCDSAdoptables
🐾 This is a family friendly event! Primary dog walkers must be 18 years of age or older.
