This major initiative updates our long-term plan for how our community is powered. This effort, focused on the future of local electric generation, reliability, affordability, and sustainability, reflects our ongoing commitment to serving Zeeland residents with excellence for generations to come.
Zeeland BPW is hosting a public meeting to give customers and local businesses an opportunity to receive an overview of the IRP process, ask questions, and provide feedback as we work toward updating our Power Supply Plan.
Following this public meeting, the BPW will conduct a facilitated stakeholder process. As part of this commitment, the BPW intends to form a working group of interested participants that represents a wide range of concerns and perspectives. The working group will play an essential role in the development of the IRP.
