Come meet and mingle with your friends, neighbors and the community over a delicious meal with appetizers, main courses, desserts & drinks! Afterwards, stick around and hear from our guest speaker talk on the evening's topic.
Earth Day is both a celebration of the resilience of our planet and a call to action. Join us on the day after Earth Day to learn more about Ecology; the relationship between living organisms and the environment. This interconnected web of relationships is a delicate one but the strength of a spider’s web and ability to rebuild it shows us the resilience of nature and its ability to rebound. We will talk a bit about the state of the environment in general and the coast of Maine specifically. Most importantly, we will investigate what we can do in our every day lives to repair and prevent environmental damage.
