👨👩👧 Planting a tree can also be a memorable family experience — one that not only adds beauty and shade to your property, but also helps cultivate a new generation that cares for and protects nature. After all, it is only natural to protect what we love. 🌎💚

Native wildflower seeds: Provided by the Ottawa Wildflower Seed Library — perfect for pollinators and adding colour to your yard https://wildflowerseedlibrary.ca/ 🌸
Native trees: Provided by Ecology Ottawa, trees between 6–18 inches tall — easy to carry home, but ready to thrive in your yard. A variety of species will be available (depending on nursery supply & seasonal conditions) Ecology Ottawa will provide planting & care instructions and even follow up to remind you to water your tree and check on its well-being after one year https://www.ecologyottawa.ca/🌳
