Community conversation: Housing for teens in Southern Oregon

The Centre Rogue Valley is located upstairs in the mall, plenty of parking! They have graciously agreed to allow us to meet in their new location.
Stay for the whole time or drop in for as long as you can!

Join us for an open community conversation focused on the needs of teens and young adults in Southern Oregon. Hearts & Minds Youth Services would love to bring together community members, providers, agencies, educators, foster parents, behavioral health professionals, juvenile justice partners, and others to discuss the gaps currently impacting youth in our community and brainstorm what real solutions could look like.
This is not just a presentation. This is a collaborative discussion where voices, ideas, concerns, and lived experiences are welcome.
Topics may include:
• Youth housing and placement gaps
• Transitional living support
• Behavioral health and wraparound services
• Juvenile justice and reentry support
• Foster care and aging out of care
• Life skills, mentorship, and community connection
• What teens in our community are missing and what it will take to build stronger support systems
