About this Event

We are in times of dramatic change. Join DC-AAPOR for a private conversation around the many changes afoot and their effects on ourselves and our community. We will learn and practice useful techniques for managing anxiety, sharing coping strategies and resources, and talking about rebuilding. Through this conversation we aim to send you away feeling connected, grounded, and better empowered.

Attendance is free for DC-AAPOR Members, but registration by March 31 is required. Membership will be validated prior to the event.
