Community Connections Cleanup

Misplaced Waste is hosting a Community Connections Cleanup with assistance from Tuscaloosa County Solid Waste Department.

Areas of focus will be the north end of Maxwell Loop Road & surrounding neighborhoods depending on number of participants.

Parking: Englewood Elementary: 10300 Old Greensboro Rd., Tuscaloosa, AL 35405

Join us for a day of service on Saturday, April 4th, 2026. 10:00 AM - Noon.

Safety: This event will take place along the roadside in an area that may not have sidewalks. Please only sign up if you are comfortable in such circumstances. ALL children must be accompanied by an adult.

What we encourage volunteers to wear/bring:

1. Comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting a little wet or dirty (preferably long pants)

2. Closed-toed shoes

3. Water

What we will provide:

1. Garbage bags

2. Gloves & Litter Pickers

3. Safety Vests
