Is professional, one-on-one coaching worth it? Sure.
Can everyone afford it – time, energy, and money-wise? Absolutely not.
And is middle ground possible, where a group of people creates a community of practice to support each other on their journeys? I believe it is.
If you’re looking for practical support on the way to your goals and dreams, rooted in connection and compassion - then Community Connection Coaching (CCC) might be for you.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
A part of me wants to say that this event is for anyone interested in personal growth and living an intentional life. And it is!
Having said that, I think CCC will be particularly well-suited for those who:
🐝Appreciate the power of deep listening and being actively witnessed on their growth journey
🐝 Often struggle with group interactions, socializing, and/or public speaking – but want to become more skillful in these areas
🐝Feel like outsiders in their social circles for a good chunk of the time
🐝Don’t have as many opportunities for deep conversations in their daily lives as they would like to
🐝 Have vaguely defined goals for the next few years but are missing a part of the bigger picture, motivation, or accountability to pursue them
🐝 Can’t afford to or for any reason don’t want to work with a one-on-one coach.
If you would sign under some of these, I’m even more excited you’re here! I hope you will give this monthly event a go to find support on your path.
HERE'S WHAT PEOPLE SAID ABOUT MY EVENTS
✨ "These interactions gave me important feedback to re-examine and re-evaluate mental and emotional processes, like tendencies to leave behind, attributes to develop, etc. I strongly believe that lots of people will deeply benefit from these meetings, realizing the fact (sooner or later) that every interaction works as a mirror, reflecting back what we are giving/sending out." - Kostas Makrys
✨ “Marta is so very skilled in creating a safe space to mindfully connect with others and show up for yourself. Her facilitation guides you to develop these important skills. The retreat she held was a truly meaningful day." - Lucas Thomson
✨ “I really really love Marta’s facilitation style. She speaks from the heart with feet on the ground and eyes and arms wide and welcoming. She is playful and joyful and unjudgemental, and this helps to create a space that feels safe to experiment in new ways.” - Beth Thomas
WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN?
The idea for Community Connection Coaching is simple:
To bring your goals, challenges, and achievements so that they can be witnessed, reflected upon, and supported by the community.
The space we’re creating together is for you to feel held, understood, and valued. My experience is that through that, we often find the clarity and motivation we need to keep walking in the desired direction.
How exactly do we do that in two hours a month?
🎯 Community Connection Coaching is a deeply intentional space. We leave distractions by the door and for this time together do what we can to support each other on our journeys.
🎯 To achieve that, we use structured games and activities that rely on connection skills: deep listening, reflecting, clarifying, asking curious questions, and sharing impact. This allows for greater clarity and motivation to emerge organically.
🎯 We combine time for self-reflection, relating games in small groups (3-4 people), and full group sharing.
🎯 We commit to a group culture that empowers participants to be as present, open, and accepting as they can be in each moment. This way, we can go straight into our authentic experience rather than tediously working through layers of social conditioning.
🎯 We rely on everyone’s willingness to express as clearly and honestly as we can, and to hold space and be attentive to other members.
The time together will be quite structured, with the facilitator timing and guiding the activities. You’ll be invited to honour your needs and boundaries, and participate in whatever way feels most helpful to you. This includes the possibility of stepping out of a given activity or adjusting it to your needs.
This, of course, has to align with respecting other people and the overall container of these meetings.
PRICE GUIDE
Charging for community events like this can be tricky! On the one hand, I want to make them as accessible as possible. But as a freelance facilitator who relies on this as a chunk of her income, I also need them to nurture me financially.
I decided to make the Community Connection Coaching donation-based for now. This is an act of trust that you can assess your ability to contribute more accurately than I ever could.
At the same time, I ask you to keep in mind that by putting money towards it, you are self-signalling that this event is a valuable investment – which makes it more likely you engage in it fully!
Here is a rough price guide for donations. Thank you for contributing!
💸 £10 or less: unemployed, carers, self-supporting students, people receiving benefits. You can afford eating out, holidays and non-essential purchases never or rarely.
💸 £15: working part-time, low salary, family-supported students. You can afford eating out, holidays and non-essential purchases sometimes.
💸 £20 or more: working full-time, medium to high salary, not in debt or having substantial health expenses. You can afford eating out, holidays and non-essential purchases often or whenever you wish.

ABOUT MARTA
I've been facilitating Authentic Relating and connection events in Edinburgh and online since 2020. I've completed the Authentic Facilitator Training from Authentic Revolution, as well as other relational and mindfulness courses, including a post-grad diploma in Mindfulness & Compassion studies.
Day-to-day, I live, work, and volunteer at The Salisbury Centre, one of the oldest community hubs in Edinburgh. I think of it as my spiritual home that's deeply nurtures me, but also a playground for learning about group dynamics and community building.
I'm also a published author with a newsletter called Connection Hub. There, I share stories, tools, and ideas around creating authentic human connection and communities. One day, I want to move out of the city and start (or join) a community committed to deep communion with Nature and each other.
