Joe’s Big Band is a 17-piece jazz ensemble based in the Burlington area that has been performing music ranging from Swing Era classics to contemporary jazz, blues, and funk for over 30 years. The band was founded in the late 1980’s by local jazz musician Joe Levesque. The band is made up of talented, fun-loving musicians from all over the Champlain Valley who faithfully reproduce the timeless sounds of the masters like Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Woody Herman, Stevie Wonder, Brian Setzer, and many more. They also support vocal renditions out of The Great American Songbook. Joe’s Big Band provides Jazz in a Big Way!
