Come swap, shop, and celebrate at The Closet Carousel’s inclusive clothing swap! Refresh your wardrobe after the holiday season while embracing sustainable fashion and community connection. Bring freshly laundered clothes, shoes, bags, and accessories—just about anything goes! Any unclaimed items will be donated to a mutual aid network in Fort Collins called Clothe The People. Try on outfits in the available bathroom or showcase your finds in an impromptu fashion show! Mirrors will be provided, and topless nudity is welcome—just don’t forget your undies.
This is a donation-based event with snacks and drinks provided. Come join the fun!
***PLEASE TRY TO ARRIVE DURING OUR DROP OFF WINDOW OF 3-3:30PM, OUR VOLUNTEERS WILL DISTRIBUTE THE CLOTHES WHILE YOU MINGLE AND HAVE REFRESHMENTS. (or go across the street to have a drink)
***SHOPPING WILL NOT START UNTIL 3:45PM!!!
***There will be a section for kids/baby stuff since we had such a high request/need for that last time.
***Masc/Fem clothing will not be separated as it is too difficult, but items will be separated by type, i.e shirts, jackets, dresses, skirts.
