Community Class ~ Rock Mat Yoga with Hieu

Our Donation-Based Yoga program is rooted in the spirit of Karma Yoga—the practice of selfless service. Yoga has supported and transformed us through some of our hardest moments, and we feel called to share that same healing with our community. By offering pay-what-you-can classes and donating 100% of proceeds to rotating nonprofits and charities, we hope to make this practice more accessible while giving back to causes that matter.
For the first quarter of 2026 we are donating to Siren - a Bay Area Non-Profit that empowers low-income immigrants and refugees through community education and organizing, immigration legal services, policy advocacy and civic engagement.

Donation-Based classes are All-Levels.
No one will be turned away due to lack of funds/donation.
