Community Class ~ Burleigh Beach

It is important to us at Boheme that Yoga is accessible for all people always.

To support our mission we are offering a weekly Community Class held on Burleigh Beach.

This will be a Vinyasa Krama practice which emphasises the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with + guided by intentional breath with the effects of the practice experienced on a physical, energetic, mental + spiritual level.

With the practice becoming a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, fluidity + potential in your body as well as your mind.

We meet at 6am at the 5th Avenue Entrance.

This is an all levels community class
