Community Class-Deep Stretch & Meditation (Yin Yoga)

From restorative and yin yoga poses, we will prepare the body & mind to find stillness and close with meditation techniques including visualization. The aim of this community class is to support both the mind and body shed in any residual stress of the week and connect to your senses and the moment. Promoting steady sleep and a grounded start to the following day, this class is appropriate for all levels of practice.

This community class will be guided by Shakti. Shakti is devoted to walking the path of the eternal student. She invites students to show up on the mat with an open and a willing heart. Her classes invoke compassion, courage, creativity, and kindness. At the forefront of her practice is equity, Justice, and mediating a safe space where any and everyone is welcome.
