Community Circle

Welcome to the new monthly event at Daya Yoga - Community Gatherings, hosted by Tessa Rae Butler. Every month we'll be gathering together and sharing conscious conversation. Each month will have a different theme, but will always include journaling + sharing to inspire intentional conversations, community building and healing. For the month of July, our topic will be Connecting with Joy. This will include a guided meditation, a brief Laughter Yoga exercise, and journal prompts with an opportunity to share, reflect, listen and grow in community. 

Tessa Rae Butler is a music lover, event creator and space holder based in Brooklyn, NYC. She has been hosting workshops and gatherings in NYC and beyond for the past 5 years, focusing on community, movement, and spiritual/personal growth. With a background in music and a passion for connecting and inspiring others, she has created various workshops/passion projects, including Playful Movement and monthly Community Gatherings. Tessa is also a full-time Creative A&R Manager at Kobalt Music Publishing.
