Community Christmas Sign-Up Event

Iredell COAST invites families in need to apply for assistance through their Community Christmas Program. Eligible participants will receive a free dinner, visits with Santa, live music, and free Christmas Gifts on Saturday, December 19th.
You are eligible for this program if you currently receive benefits such as EBT/SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, etc. You may also qualify if your annual household income is less than 110% of the federal poverty guidelines. Children are eligible if they are 17 years of age or younger.
Parents must attend the IN-PERSON sign-up event on Saturday, September 26th at the Iredell COAST Hidden Gem Variety Store to be considered. Spots for this program are limited and will be available while they last. This event begins at 11am. In order to be approved for this program, families must agree to attend the Community Christmas Event on Saturday, December 19th, 2026 at the VFW, 139 Jordan Ln, Statesville. If families are not available during this time, they will not be eligible for this program. Two time slots will be provided (lunch & dinner) to accommodate schedules.
Please bring proof of eligibility and be prepared to provide a wish list of items for your child(ren) including clothing and shoe sizes. Any request for iPads, Video Game Consoles, etc. will immediately be denied.
