Come take Pics with Santa
and let the Kiddos have a 1st glimpse of Santa before the season starts
Kids can Shop for mom ad dad and we can bag or double bag and label to mom and/or dad from such and such ( family will have to wrap) we won't have the supplies needed or man power at least this year
Parents can Shop Saturday and Sunday... we can label and hold items for a few hours but no later than 24 hours for pick-up.
We will have items, baskets for raffles to help raise funds needed to keep the whole project going ( tables, hangers garment racks, plastic (prefer clear) storage totes, maybe 2 big coffee pots for future use of activities and supplies to offer hot coffee, hot chocolate, and hot tea and supplies like cups and sugar, Splenda and etc. we will also offer bottled water and all the proceeds will go to keeping this going.
$1 per ticket per entry

the raffle will close around 3pm on Sunday and we will trying to have someone randomly draw names from each numbered container ( still working out details)
we are taking donations for the raffle for items and baskets... if you want to donate an item or Basket Please DO.. ;) Contact Me or Mary Green
We are taking donation for New and used items to offer for free for community including but not limited to toys, household, men and women items and clothes for ALL (Men, women, and children and babies even the fur babies) and don.t forget winter supplies needed like Coats, swesthers and hats and gloves and scarves and etc. also new and gently uses heaters and blankets.
Basically think Goodwill, but free (minus the other things we are selling or doing Raffles for) we are not here to break the bank but to keep this going.

I will keep all receipts to funds used and let people see if they ask
we also have a donation Jar labeled on the porch and a coffee can labeled for cash donations
we got $6 donated so far to help keep this Going
and we really appreciated EVERYTHING this community has done and how loving and caring everyone is. This is Truly Neighbors helping Neighbors and it takes a Community.
