This 4 hour virtual training will provide an overview of child and family teaming practice, training will cover the role of the facilitator, facilitation skills, and how teaming can support youth living in congregate care settings. The training will focus on youth & family engagement, outreach and engagement practices, building permanent connections and collaboration with DCF and other stakeholders for team building.
