Come as you are and join Prem, Kristin, Jeff and Susanne for an evening of heart-opening Kirtan — meditative practice of chanting and community connection.
We'll share sacred chants from a variety of traditions, including Buddhist and Sikh lineages, in a welcoming and inclusive space. Many of the chants are call-and-response and all are easy to follow — no experience needed, just your voice and your presence.

✨ This event is free and open to all. Donations are welcome and will go towards Somatic Wisdom's Foundation which gives access to workshops, trainings and more to people that cannot afford it.
