📍 Garland Animal Shelter & Adoption Center (1902 TX-66, Garland, TX)
⏰ Check-in: 7–9 AM | Pick-up: 3–6 PM
👉 Important Details:
Open to Garland & Rowlett residents only (bring proof of address)
Limit 50 cats total – up to 5 per household
Traps only! (No carriers or crates; cats in carriers will be turned away)
💜 What’s included FREE:
✔️ Spay/Neuter surgery
✔️ Ear tip (for TNR identification)
✔️ Pain medication
✔️ Rabies + FVRCP vaccines
✔️ Flea & tick protection
