This event is for Free-Roaming Community Cats only — not personally owned cats.
📍 Open to City of Garland & Rowlett residents
✅ Humane traps required
✅ 50 cats accepted (limit 5 per person)
✅ Proof of residency required
Services provided (all included):
Spay/Neuter
Ear-tipping
24-hour pain injection
Rabies & FVRCP vaccines
Flea prevention
🕖 Drop-off: 7:00 – 9:00 AM
🕒 Pick-up: 3:00 – 6:00 PM
