The Community Care Sound Bath is a weekly Sunday ritual created especially for Black & Brown women to release the Sunday scaries, restore their spirit, and rest in community.
Each gathering includes a gratitude ritual, light reflection activity, and a deeply restorative sound bath with crystal singing bowls. With essential oils, cozy props, and intentional care, this is a space to slow down, breathe, and prepare your heart for the week ahead.
