Come breathe with me 🌬️Our theme for this class is Surrender into feminine energy.
This Breathwork experience is designed to help you surrender to the gentle power of feminine energy and cultivate its qualities in your life. Feminine energy is about being rather than doing, receiving rather than striving. In this workshop, you'll explore how to embrace the art of surrender - nurturing your ability to be present, receptive, and in tune with your intuition. Through Breathwork, you'll learn to let go of the need for constant action and achievement, finding peace and strength in stillness and receptivity. This is for you if you're looking to balance your energy, deepen your connection with your inner self, or want to allow yourself to flow with life's natural rhythms.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork gives you a direct experience for healing and transformation by accessing your body's innate healing intelligence. Breathwork is a conscious and connected breathing technique that supports you to improve your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing through accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Who is Gemma Rose?
Gemma is a fully certified trauma-informed Breathwork Practitioner (Owaken), and Trauma-Recovery Coach (IAOTRC). After nearly a decade working in award-winning philanthropic and charitable organisations, she now supports people to develop new levels of self-leadership through deep inner-work. She specialises in supporting clients to connect back to their authentic selves and the present moment. Her passion lies in supporting clients to unlock their unique gifts and purpose through emotional mastery and intuitive development.
