Community Boards' 50th Anniversary Gala + SF Peacemaker Awards

On Friday, June 12, 2026, Community Boards—the country’s longest-running community conflict resolution center—will mark a major milestone: our 50th Anniversary, celebrated alongside the 16th Annual San Francisco Peacemaker Awards.

The celebration will feature appearances by prominent community leaders, including State Senator Scott Wiener and representatives from the offices of San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie, San Francisco Board of Supervisors, and U.S. Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi. Former SF Pride Parade Grand Marshal Alex U. Inn will emcee the event, with live music by Side Note.

This special evening honors both our history and the people shaping San Francisco’s future. As part of the celebration, we invite you to join us at the Verdi Club to meet and honor the individuals and organizations whose work makes our neighborhoods safer, healthier, and more connected.
