This is an opportunity to practice yoga alongside your community in a beautiful outdoor location, the beach!About this Event
This 60-minute yoga class will incorporate breath and movement to create unity between the mind and body. It is an all-level yoga class and does not require any yoga experience. Please bring a yoga mat or towel to practice on, if you don't have one reach out! This class is by donation and donation is not required to attend. This is an opportunity to connect and heal alongside your community members.
