Join us for a 90-minute donation-based Yoga Experience featuring the UNT Tea Society, who will guide us through an ancient Chinese tea ritual rooted in mindfulness, connection, and presence.We’ll begin by slowing down with tea — learning, sipping, and connecting through ritual — and then move into a grounding, all-levels yoga class designed to leave you feeling calm, open, and centered.
