About this Event

Common yoga is a space designed to make yoga accessible and welcoming for everyone.

  • Focused on the connection with your mind and body in nature - moving through meditation, breathwork and a flowy grounding yoga practice
  • Focused on community, connection with others and positivity - after yoga we all go for a coffee to chat and connect
  • Focsed on financially accessibilty - the cost of yoga should never be the reason you dont practice.

Come as you are, you are so welcome here.

This session will be led by Sam (@vinyasam), a little about Sam:

"Sam is a Vinyasa yoga teacher and sound practitioner, weaving breath and movement into practices designed to help you feel more at home in yourself. She came to yoga during years spent in a corporate project management career, where it became the thing she leaned on to stay steady, and over time that quiet practice on the mat grew into something she couldn't not share, leading her to leave the corporate world behind and teach full-time.

Her teaching is built around accessibility, options and a bit of workshopping woven in so that whatever your body is doing that day, there's a way into the practice that feels right for you. She invites you to take what you need on any given day, whether that's slowing down and softening or meeting a bit of a challenge mentally or physically, and she likes to keep a sense of play in the room so you might find yourself trying something you didn't think you could do. You can expect to move, to breathe, to be met where you are, and to leave feeling a little more like yourself."
