Common Ground 2025 - Find Your Superpower! (Spanish version is below)

Come join us at Element Bloomington Mall of America for a fun and informative conference designed to help co-op leaders understand and use their superpowers!

We’ve updated the way we gather this year so it’s even easier to attend, learn, have fun, and connect with other co-op members. Enjoy a free night at the Elements Hotel in Bloomington and we’ll reimburse your travel expenses. Afterwards, visit local attractions like the Mall of America and Nickelodeon Universe!

Meet other co-op members from across the region and CoNorth staff. Learn how CoNorth

Homes can help increase revenue at your cooperative with new home placements.

Saturday, Oct. 11

8-10 am Breakfast10-12 am Find Your Superpower

Rediscover the tools you already have to protect and support your board and your cooperative.

Noon Lunch

1-1:30 pm Power Up Your Cooperative

Learn how to advertise your your co-op to potential new residents via the CoNorth website.

1:30 - 2:30 pm Woodlawn Terrace Tour (Optional)Learn how Woodlawn Terrace is adding new homes to their community and managing infill to keep their community economically sustainable.
