• 12:00 PM (Lo | mat-based Pilates class, mats provided, 40 spots)

• 1:00 PM (Hy | H.I.I.T. class, 32 spots)

• 1:00 PM (Lo | mat-based Pilates class, mats provided, 40 spots)

• 12-2:00pm – Just here for the healthy food, music and give-aways

Class participants should check in at the Front Desk of Hylo 10 minutes prior to start time and will be emailed a waiver in advance. You may only register for one class per email.
