About this Event
ANC Training Academy’s Commercial Janitorial Business Training is a practical two-part course designed for people who want to start, improve, or better understand a commercial cleaning business.
Over two Saturdays, participants will learn both the hands-on and business sides of the industry, including:
- Commercial janitorial fundamentals
- Equipment, chemicals and safety
- Restroom, office and common-area cleaning
- Carpet and floor-care opportunities
- Window cleaning, pressure washing and specialty cleaning
- Estimating labor and production time
- Pricing jobs for profit
- Finding and keeping commercial customers
- Hiring and managing crews
- Quality control and inspections
- Building recurring revenue
- Growing into multiple service lines
This course is open to current business owners, people preparing to start a business, and anyone interested in the commercial cleaning industry.
You do not need to currently own a business to attend.
Training is based on real-world experience performing and managing commercial and government janitorial contracts.
