The long-awaited day is almost upon us, and we are thrilled to announce the Commandery Orders and Knighting Ceremony that will take place on March 8th, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM CST. This significant event will be held at the Masonic Lodge in Hays, Kansas, and it promises to be a day filled with fellowship, tradition, and a deep sense of brotherhood.
We will begin the morning by conferring the Red Cross and Malta Orders—two of the most revered and symbolic degrees in our Knighthood. These ceremonies represent the rich history and teachings of our ancient orders, and they will provide all participants with an opportunity to deepen their understanding and commitment to the ideals of chivalry, service, and faith.
Following these powerful and moving rituals, we will break for a time of fellowship and a well-deserved lunch. This will give us all the chance to share stories, connect with one another, and reflect on the day's events so far.
In the afternoon, we will reconvene for the Order of the Temple—the pinnacle of our Knighthood. This ceremony will be a powerful culmination of the day's proceedings, as we welcome new Knights into the Order and reaffirm the sacred vows of our brotherhood. For those being knighted, it will be a moment of great honor and pride, and for all in attendance, it will serve as a reminder of the enduring legacy of our sacred vows.
