...deck played is the same each round & is a high-power commander deck (bracket 4) & not a cEDH deck (bracket 5)
...a true 2-card combo resulting in the elimination of a player is banned (ie Witherbloom Apprentice/Chain of Smog)
...a pseudo 2-card combo requiring a further component is allowed (ie Exquisite Blood/Sanguine Bond + life loss/life gain)
...a player eliminating players in a single instance does so in an order of their choosing when not decided by a game rule
...Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow is banned in addition to the official Commander Ban List
...conceding may only occur as a sorcery speed special action
...no proxy allowed (collector edition & gold border are allowed)
...4 points for 1st, 3 points for 2nd, 2 points for 3rd, 1 point for 4th or 5th, 2 points for a draw
