Healing and expanding through the vibration of crystal bowls tuned to the energy centres in the body.
The evening begins with gentle movement and breathing, followed by a guided meditation to find relaxation and comfortable rest.
Next we will take a deep journey within to the ethereal sound of crystal bowls, chimes, and drums.
Please bring with you blankets, pillows, and other comfort items. Dress comfortably in layers. You may want to also have a journal, pen, and water bottle. Small sacred items welcome.
