Join us for a special event celebrating Santovas’ mission — creating safe and nurturing spaces where youth can reconnect with themselves, heal, and grow.Take part in a heart-centered class with @barrierisman and @melanie.richards.yoga, featuring movement, breathwork, deep relaxation, and live soul-nourishing chanting with Jacqueline from Santovas.
All proceeds will support Santovas’ trauma-sensitive mindfulness programs for underserved children and youth in Montreal. ❤️
