Bi-monthly meetings occurring every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month for those who have experienced developmental (pre-verbal) trauma and would like to improve their relationship with themselves and others and find a place of belonging in the world. Each meeting will consist of:
- Psychobiological and Spiritual Insights
- Short meditations and/or mindfulness techniques
- Group Discussion
- Sharing & Support in a new family constellation style
Topics include anything from our Early Primal Experience: Pre-birth planning, conception to early childhood, generational trauma and how these experiences affect our attachment patterns today.
Do you feel like something fundamental is missing from your life but don’t know what it is? Do you struggle with feeling wanted, lovable, secure, that you can ask for what you need, trust others, or say no? These are basic primal needs that may not have been met coming into the world.
