An afternoon of qi gong and active breathwork to move stuck energy, release emotion, and come home to your heart. All levels welcome.
About this Event

This summer, come home to your heart.

Spend an afternoon softening, releasing, and reconnecting — moving stuck energy through gentle qi gong and letting go through conscious connected breathwork, held by two facilitators at Hanu Wellness in Miami Beach. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is the season of the Fire element and the Heart: a time of warmth, connection, and joy. Together, we'll use breath and movement to soften, open, and reconnect with what matters most.

Space is intentionally limited to 25. Through Friday, July 24: $44 advance, or bring a friend for $66 (two tickets). $55 at the door.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• A grounding welcome and intention-setting

• Qi Gong with Dr. Sinéad Corrigan

• Conscious Connected Breathwork with Jenny Zoberg

• Rest, integration, and a closing circle

WHAT IS QI GONG?

Qi Gong is a gentle, meditative practice of flowing movement, breath, and focused intention. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it helps move energy (qi) through the body to cultivate calm, balance, and vitality. No experience needed — every movement can be adapted to you.

WHAT IS CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK?

Conscious Connected Breath is an active breathing practice using a continuous, circular breath, with no pause between the inhale and exhale. It can surface stored emotion, support nervous system regulation, and create a deep sense of release and clarity. You remain in control the entire time.

WHO IT'S FOR

All levels are welcome, whether you're brand new to these practices or deepening an existing one.

PLEASE NOTE — SAFETY

Please consult your doctor before attending if you have: cardiovascular concerns or high blood pressure, a history of aneurysm, epilepsy or seizures, glaucoma, asthma (please bring your inhaler), pregnancy, or a personal or family history of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis. If you have any questions, reach out before booking.
