Join us as we celebrate a century of 705 N. C! Built in 1925 and home to Delta Chapter since 1930, our Tri Delta house is turning 100—and we’re marking the milestone during Homecoming & Family Weekend with a driveway tailgate and an open house.
From 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. (Homecoming football kickoff at 1:00 p.m.), alumni, families, and friends are invited to:
Enjoy a driveway tailgate with chili, snacks, and yard games.
Step inside for guided tours of the house — see recent updates, cherished traditions, and how the house has evolved across generations.
Witness the historic plaque reveal honoring 100 years of the House and 94 years of Delta Chapter calling it home.
Come reconnect, reminisce, and help us toast the next century of Tri Delta hospitality and sisterhood.

When: Homecoming & Family Weekend, 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Where: Delta Chapter Tri Delta House (driveway tailgate + open house).
