This evening is a pause.
A space to step out of the noise, out of your head, and back into your body.
A space to slow down enough to notice what you’re feeling, what you’ve been carrying, and what’s been quietly asking for your attention.
Coming back to yourself is not a workshop where you’re told what to fix. It’s an experience designed to help you remember yourself.
Through guided reflection inspired by my book, intentional journaling, gentle somatic movement, and open, honest conversation, you’ll be invited to:
Reconnect with your body and intuition
Name what’s true for you—without judgment or pressure
Release what no longer fits
Feel seen, heard, and supported in community
Practice choosing presence over habit
This is for women who are tired of living on default. Women who want to feel more alive in their own lives. Women who are ready to stop running and start listening.
You don’t need to prepare.
You don’t need to perform.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
Just come as you are.
Leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more you— with tools you can return to long after the evening ends.
