A focus on communication between partners and how to identify, prioritize and communicate your birth preferences sets our class apart. This workshop is a great way to build upon and strengthen what you have learned in a condensed or hospital based childbirth class, as a refresher for experienced parents and is particularly helpful for parents planning a vaginal birth after a cesarean (VBAC).
