Headlining the show is Reno Collier! A former P.E. teacher, Reno Collier has endeared himself to a wide range of audiences. Reno has built a reputation by selling out comedy clubs and colleges nationwide. In 2004 he joined Larry the Cable Guy on the hugely successful Tour of America. Following the success of that tour, in 2005 Reno taped his own Comedy Central Presents half-hour special. Today, Reno is the preferred opener of Larry the Cable Guy! Reno is also part of the Nationally syndicated radio show The Bob and Tom Show where he has his own segment entitled Country Fried Take! Reno’s past TV credits include NBC’s Late Friday, The Martin Short Show, TBS’s Blue Collar Comedy: The Next Generation, his own Comedy Central Special, and The Roast of Larry the Cable Guy. He also appeared in CMT’S holiday special, Larry the Cable Guy’s Hula Palooza Christmas Luau and the 2012 special Them Idiots. Reno also made appearances in the feature films Witless Protection (2008) and Jingle All the Way 2 (2014). Reno is also the national spokesperson for A Soldier’s Child, an organization that serves the children of fallen military personnel.
Also featuring Dan Brittain! Dan started out in comedy at The Second City almost 20 years ago and finished his Conservatory program in improv. At some point he decided he didn’t like being around people…onstage. He made the switch to stand up and it’s been hilariously awkward ever since. Dan is known for his unique brand of comedy that combines wit, sarcasm, and observational humor. With his quick thinking and sharp delivery, he is able to turn everyday situations into comedy gold. From funny anecdotes to hilarious impersonations, Dan Brittain knows how to keep an audience entertained from start to finish. He’s performed multiple times at Laughfest, the Detroit Improv Festival, and is a regular at Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle. He’s hosted for Steve Mcgrew, Matt Holt, and was recently the feature comedian for Josh Sneed.
Your host for the evening is David Steves! David is a high energy, good natured divorcee who brings light and humor to his single-dad life. As a Veteran of the US Army, David finds humor can keep engagement high even in the toughest of times. With a unique relatability, even as a late bloomer in the comedy community, David relies on his personal stories from childhood, deployments, and raising two amazing daughters. David has featured at Mark Ridley's Comedy Castle, performed at LaughFest, and is a co-host of the Good Vs. Evil Podcast.
