The Phoenician is bringing a full night of standup comedy to Haverhill on Saturday, July 18th, and this one is going to be a lot of fun.
Headlining the show is Tyler Hittner, a Rhode Island comic who has been making serious noise on the New England circuit. Tyler is known for his high energy delivery, sharp joke writing, and crowd work that keeps every audience completely locked in. He has headlined Nick's Comedy Stop in Boston, Gotham and Broadway Comedy Clubs in New York City, Laugh Patriot Place, Mohegan Sun and shared the stage with Jim Gaffigan, Demitri Martin, Steve Sweeney, and Lenny Clarke. His charisma, charm, and undeniable stage presence have a way of making every room feel like it was built for him.
In the featured spot is Chris Dimitrakopoulos (aka Chris D), a Greek-American comedian from Peabody, MA whose jokes about his quirky immigrant family and unique take on the world have made him one of the nation's rising young talents. Chris has been a standout at The Beantown Comedy Riots, The Boston Comedy Festival, and The Burbank Comedy Festival in LA, and regularly opens for national headliners like Juston McKinney and Lenny Clarke. He once held the title of Comic in Residence at the famous Comedy Studio in Cambridge, was chosen by Showtime producers as their East Coast warm-up comic, and had a run in Los Angeles performing at The Comedy Store, The Laugh Factory, The Improv, and Flapper's.
Opening the show is Nick Tocco, a rising presence on the New England comedy scene who has already played top rooms including the Comedy Studio, Tupelo Music Hall, The Freight Room, and the Center for the Arts in Natick. He plans to set the tone for the night in exactly the right way!
Dinner before the show? Make it a full night out and enjoy a meal next door in our restaurant before heading into the hall for the 8 PM showtime. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made at phoenicianrestaurant.com. No food will be served in the event hall during the event, although a full bar will be available before and during the show.

You will be seated at that exact table, but individual seats within each table are first come, first served, so plan to arrive early for your favorite spot. Seats are not individually numbered inside the hall.
