- Real-life Mushroom Farmer
Austen is a jack of some trades and a master of even fewer. A professional in both jiu-jitsu and disc golf (that's a thing), he worked as a construction worker until he realized his passion was in fungi. A native to Colorado Springs, Austen supplies gourmet mushrooms to area restaurants and wannabe foodies. As a comic, he opened for TJ Miller, Sam Tallent, and Brant Tobler with his comedic styling that combines real-life experiences with hilarious musings on relatable topics.
