Dinner Service: 5 - 7 pm

Make sure to get here early – while the bar is open throughout the night, the last orders for the kitchen go in at 7! (But show up early before the chili rellenos sell out!)

The Blue Cactus Room is Pueblo's premiere speakeasy-style music and comedy venue within the El Nopal Restaurant.

Paul Garcia is a fresh-faced comic based in Denver, Colorado, born and raised in the Mile High City. He's performed at clubs all over Colorado, including the Comedy Fort, 3 E's, and the world-famous Comedy Works. Evan Joe is a Colorado native and a young, rising comedian. Adept at one-liners and spinning yarns, his material ranges from the absurd to the dark to just plain silly. He’s the reigning champion of the Denver Roast Battle League, a founding member of All Fours Comedy, and a regular performer at clubs and festivals nationwide. He has also written for dead media outlets such as radio and local magazines.
