Bryson Brown returns to the Hop Scholar stage after tearing it up and becoming a fan favorite back in October of 2023.

Bryson is a stand-up Comedian from Austin, TX who has toured the nation opening for Ali Siddiq, DeRay Davis, Adele Givens, and more of your favorite comics, as well as headlining his own sold-out shows on his critically acclaimed Jokin' and Smokin' Tour. He is currently ripping up stages and growing his fanbase on a nationwide tour with comedy legend Bruce Bruce.

Bryson booked his first TV role on Showtimes “Flatbush Misdemeanors” playing himself in Season 2, Episode 2 alongside Sam Jay & Kevin Iso.

Named one of the funniest comics in the U.S. by his peers, Bryson’s smooth and laid-back approach to everyday life situations makes him a crowd favorite. His ability to pick through the smallest point of the subject, and always choosing material that hits close to home.

Winner of the Funniest Comic In Texas contest 2017, Grady has established himself as established himself as one of the best comics in the state. Grady has opened up for Morgan Jay, Bobby Lee, Taylor Tomlinson, Sam Morril, Dusty Slay, and has appeared on Bobby Lee’s Tigerbelly podcast. Grady has been a part of the Westside Standup Showdown, Come And Take It comedy festival, Skankfest South, and his first album "What happened to Shame" is out now!

Barry Laminack’s comedy hits you like a breath of fresh air—genuine, energetic, and just the right amount of goofy. With a unique blend of high energy, sharp wit, and an unabashedly honest take on life, Barry has been cracking up audiences from coast to coast. Whether he’s sharing hilarious insights on marriage, pop culture, or recounting his wild ride through Hurricane Harvey, Barry leaves no stone unturned and no topic untouched.

A regular favorite at clubs across the country, Barry’s goofy, relatable style connects with audiences in a way that makes you feel like you’re hearing from a friend—just a much funnier one.

Along with touring the nation as a headlining comedian, Barry also hosts the sports and entertainment show “Barry On Deck” on Twitch and YouTube. He spent over 7 years on ESPN Radio where he hosted one of the highest-rated sports talk shows in Houston. Barry spent 3 years hosting/producing popular sports content for television on both KPRC (NBC) 2 and CW 39.

He’s shared the stage with comedy heavyweights like George Wallace, Gilbert Gottfried, John Witherspoon, Damon Wayans, Big Jay Oakerson, Chris Porter, Dusty Slay, and Erik Griffin (among others), and in 2023 Barry released his first comedy special, “No Warning,” on Dry Bar Comedy which held the #1 spot for over six weeks.
