Comedy Improvisation teaches you to be :
- playful
- spontaneous
- less judgemental
- better at listening
- more confident
- embracing of your mistakes and
- take life just a little bit less seriously!
Improv-on-Sea are running drop-in workshops in Hastings again.
These are for all experience levels adults (age 18 and up.) You do not have to be a performer, or have even tried improv or drama before, to join in.
We'll take you through a series of games and exercises, and scenes to get you out of your head and having silly time. The workshops are £16 including booking fees for a 90 minute workshop.
They are running at Cake Room, 30 Robertson St, Hastings TN34 1HT, most Tuesdays from 6pm - 7.30pm.

I would love to make the classes as accessible, inclusive and welcoming as possible.The Cake Room itself is step-free & wheelchair accessible, please note that the toilets however are not step-free.
