Showtime Promotions presents COMEDY FIESTA, an evening of uproarious laughter with a touch of a musical experience featuring the comedic likes of Darren Maule, Koobeshen Naidoo, Henry Ramkissoon, Logie Naidoo, Kamini Govender & Meshanthan Naidoo with singing sensations Clinton Philander & Ashleigh Joseph.As one of South Africa’s top comedians, Darren Maule is not only an award-winning radio host but also an award-winning comedian with over 20 years of experience. Darren is known for his quick wit, clever observational comedy, and physical humour.
Actor & comedian Koobeshen Naidoo from the legendary Ding -a- Lings is the head of department for music, art and drama at Ridge Park College is sure to wow his audiences.
Popular comedian and entertainer, Henry Ramkissoon has portrayed many well-known characters that have kept audiences spell bound for over 2 decades and he is most well-known for his off-the-wall, no-holds-barred humour in the Ding-a-Lings comedy productions.
The face of Durban, man of the moment, Deputy mayor turned comedian, Logie Naidoo has taken his passion for comedy to the big stage with having performed multiple stand-up comedic acts.
Known to be one of the most exciting new acts on the Durban comedy scenes, Kamaney is no stranger to the stage. Kamaney started her career in theatre and can now be found on stages all over Durban tackling current events and unpacking political, cultural, and social issues through an absurdly hilarious lens.
Master of ceremonies, stand-up comedian, radio presenter and content creator, Meshanthan Naidoo has been making waves on social media with his comedic content attracting hundreds of thousands of followers.
Originally a theatre performer in and around Durban and having performed at multiple international events, Clinton Philander specializes in playing a wide spectrum of different music styles from English, Afrikaans and Spanish.
Ashleigh Joseph started singing at the age of 4. In 2021 Ashleigh ranked in the top 100 of SA Idols. Her social media brand Ashleigh J – Music is Life has a following of over 150 000 followers and has reached audiences all over the world.
