Comedy at Gametime Lanes with Paul Gilligan & Jason Merrill

Paul Gilligan is one of the most requested headliners on the Boston comedy scene, bringing down the house with an attitude developed as a high school class clown in Malden, and with material culled from his life as a licensed electrician, and family man making a life as a homeowner on the North Shore. In addition to workingBostonclubs, golf tournaments, fundraisers, roasts, and other events, Gilligan is a regular performer at the Riviera Casino in Las Vegas. He's appeared on TV on Dirty Water TV, Outdoors with Charlie Moore, and as a guest on WEEI radio. He is often requested to work for trade association groups, including working as the emcee at the Boston Construction Awards.

With an act that’s one part Saturday-morning cartoon character and one part pro-wrestler, Jason Merrill is a fast-rising Boston headliner with an animated style. The latest in a line of strong comedians from the great city of Lawrence, Massachusetts, he has impressed audiences with his streetwise style and good-natured exuberance. He is a member of Hard Hat Comedy – featuring three great Boston comics who also work construction – and has headlined at Nick's Comedy Stop and performed at the Hampton Beach Comedy Festival. He has shared the stage with accomplished comedians such as Juston McKinney, Lenny Clarke, Christine Hurley, Joe Yannetty, and Steve Sweeney.

Bill Douglas is a middle school science teacher by day. At night he’s still a middle school science teacher, but also travels around New England performing comedy. In addition to New England, he’s performed at clubs in the Midwest and San Francisco. He’s appeared at the prestigious Edinburgh (Scotland) Fringe Festival and the less prestigious Missouri Mule Festival. He has shared the stage with headliners such as Jimmy Dunn, Paul Nardizzi, Carolyn Plummer, and Paul D’Angelo.
